What we collect
and why.
Tybur AI uses limited data to respond to website-review requests, operate the site securely, understand aggregate website usage, and power the optional AI assistant. This site does not run advertising pixels or sell personal data.
Website-review requests
The review form asks for your name, business name, public website URL, work email, the main issue you want to improve, and the action you want visitors to take. Tybur AI uses that information to evaluate the request and respond to you.
When email delivery is enabled, the submission is sent through the configured email-delivery provider to Tybur AI’s fixed business inbox. It may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage an active business conversation, maintain appropriate business records, or meet legal and security obligations.
AI assistant
When you use the website assistant, the text you submit and a limited recent conversation history are sent through the Tybur AI server to OpenAI’s API to generate a response. Tybur AI requests that response storage be disabled and does not place the transcript into the website-review form.
OpenAI states that API business data is not used to train its models by default. Depending on the API account’s data-control configuration, API inputs and outputs may still be retained temporarily for service and abuse-monitoring purposes. See OpenAI’s API privacy information.
Web analytics
Tybur AI uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate website usage such as page views, referrers, browser and operating-system information, device categories, and coarse location patterns. Vercel describes Web Analytics as a first-party, privacy-friendly service, with analytics requests sent through the site’s own domain.
This information is used to understand which pages are useful and improve the website experience, not to build advertising profiles. Vercel may process technical information associated with hosting and analytics, including IP-derived city or country and browser or device information. See Vercel’s privacy notice.
Security and abuse prevention
The site may process technical request information such as an IP address, request headers, timestamps, and error information as needed for hosting, security, rate limiting, and troubleshooting. The application does not maintain visitor accounts or a customer profile database.
Tybur AI does not use advertising pixels or behavioral advertising trackers on this site. Vercel hosting and Web Analytics may process technical and aggregate usage information needed to provide, secure, measure, and improve the service.
Sensitive information
Do not submit passwords, payment or health information, government identifiers, confidential client information, trade secrets, or other sensitive data through the review form or AI assistant. The site is not designed to receive those categories of information.
Your choices
You can browse the core site without using the AI assistant or submitting a review request. Where applicable, you may ask Tybur AI to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with an inquiry by contacting contact@tyburai.com.
Changes and contact
This notice may be updated as providers, features, or data practices change. Material updates will be reflected in the effective date above. Privacy questions can be sent to contact@tyburai.com.
